Exam Result Document is valid for two years. The printing or sending of documents, which exceed even one day of two years, cannot be made in any way.

If you have taken the computer-delivered IELTS test, you can preview your results online within 2-5 days after your test date. If you take the IELTS paper-based test, you can preview your IELTS results online 13 calendar days after your test date. Your Test Centre will notify you when they become available. You’ll need your passport number, personal details, and your test date to retrieve your results. Your results will be available online for 28 days.

You can receive your IELTS Test Results by cargo. If you write an address that you want to receive your results on the envelope which is given to you while you take the IELTS exam, your results will be sent to this address when your IELTS results are announced. If the address you write on the envelope is a different country where your Test Center is located country, you will be charged an extra fee. For that, please contact with IELTS Greece Team.

The candidate will receive only ONE original Test Report Form after contacting IELTS Greece Team. This is a very valuable document and it is recommended that you take care in keeping your TRF secure. If this document is lost, a new document is given up to 2 times on a fee.

If the school or institution you applied for accepts the exam results electronically results can be sent without any charge by the IELTS Greece. We can easily share your IELTS results electronically with institutions that accept the Electronic Exam Result Certificate (TRF) ten times a day. If the institution you want to share does not accept electronic submissions, we can send your Exam Result Document in hard copy. If you do not know whether your institution accepts electronic submission, please contact your institution first. If you want it to be checked by us, please contact IELTS Greece team.

The sending of the Exam Result Documents is made by courier service providers and the shipping fee and printing fee of the Exam Result is requested from the student. Your shipments will be sent to the institutions you request within 5 business days. A printing and shipping fee is charged for each shipment request. Your result document will be sent directly to the organizations you specified on your request form. If the addresses to be sent are reported missing in the form, IELTS Greece is not responsible for this deficiency.

To request additional TRFs you must complete the “Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs”. There is an extra fee for each additional TRF requested. Please contact IELTS Greece team for the Additional TRF Request. Test Report Forms are valid for two years.

We know it can be disappointing to not achieve the band score you were hoping for. It can be tempting to book another test right away in the hope that with luck, you’ll achieve the score you need the next time you take IELTS.

 

If you feel that your test performance is not reflected in the score you received, you can request an IELTS review of your score (also called Enquiry on Result). Contact the IELTS Greece team to ask about this process.

If you have done your IELTS test with IELTS Greece Test Centre, you can submit your request for a remark by downloading the application form here. Then send the completed form along with your bank receipt to info@ieltsgreece.eu. You need to post your original Test Report Form to IELTS Greece if there is any change in your results.
